The wheats in compliance with production standards undergo a quality control process and are classified according to type, protein quality and hardness. With the purpose of minimizing the microbiological activities during the storage and of storing under proper conditions, wheat is partially cleaned from foreign matters and taken into silos. Wheats of the same hardness are mixed at the rates determined according to the desired product. Mixed wheats are cleaned from foreign materials by passing through cleaning machines. Cleaned mixed wheat is heat-treated and milled after about 36-48 hours to obtain wheat flour, boncalite, razmol (wheat by-product) and bran. Wheat flour and the by-products are stored in silos.
The products are available in 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg (kraft or polypropylene) and 1000kg big-bag packaging or bulk trailer in bulk forms.
At every stage of production, from raw material supply to packaging, the necessary controls and analyzes are made for product safety.
